The shredded output of this cross cut device is larger than expected. The pieces are definitely cross cut, but end up filling the bin faster than they would if there were smaller and compact more easily. As a result I had to empty the bin frequently. So 5 gallon capacity but there is a lot of air in there.I found that at 10 sheets the cutting slowed significantly, and 8 sheets were a better choice. I had a lot of shredding to do and found that this cutter overheated faster than my last shredder. This shredder is just what I needed for my home office. The only problem is that the corner of the top was cracked, but the unit still works fine. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

I love that it's quiet and that I can roll it around to different locations , I love the credit card/ disk feature, and that it holds a large pull out trash bin.I am very happy with all the features.

Simple but it gets the job done. The machine is very compact and takes up little space. It is very efficient and at the same time surprisingly quiet. Way better product than a previous one I had been using for years.

I bought this shredder to reduce the inefficiency of manually tearing paper each time. I chose it because it was reasonably priced and simple to use. After receiving it, it didn’t disappoint—great value for money. Highly recommended!
