Operating Instructions: ① Wash your hands and the tools used to make yogurt before making it; ② Pour in milk that has been at room temperature and has a high fat content; ③ Add the starter and stir continuously for 1 minute with a tool until the starter is completely dissolved. The ratio is 1g of starter to 1L of milk; ④ Close the lid tightly and turn on the power supply. Let it stand at room temperature (above 17°C) for 8-10 hours. Do not open the lid during the process.

Quick review after just 1 use: it works!Took me about 8 hours to make plain thick yogurt (I live in hot climate), some places they called it greek yogurt.It works even though I didn't took every suggestion I saw online: my milk was room temperature not close to a boil, yogurt I started with was cold and I didn't stir it well enough but still it was done!Well... It should, after all I guess this gadget is merely a metal resistance within a cute enclosure. And it's only 15W so this should consume very little energy.
