This thing works great. Much much much better than the other wobbly POS that came with my 12v neg ground conversion kit- I guess I cant be too mad at those Gingel people tho all things considered!!! This Doesnt jiggle around! Stable and accurate reading! L post (Load) - to alternator wire and B post to (12v coil & other wires)

No shunt needed for this meter. It is a plug and play meter as they say. Worked great. I used it on a golf cart charger.

The gauge works good except for the light. The bulb came burnt out, and I am unable to read what size appalled it is.
