I guess it's ok....My son and husband installed it in the 1948 Ford Tractor and of course that wasn't the answer...it still doesn't start..how do I know...I'm just a woman

The kit would have been great if the points would have fit correctly. The gap was so big the points would not close. Also the cotter pin was too big and wouldn’t fit.

You get what you pay for. I had to shave down the plastic on the points to fit. Rotor wouldn't fit at all ended up using the old ones.This kit might fit the aftermarket distributor but if you have the original ford one don't waste your money

Worked well and fixed my stalling ford 9n! My old points were corroded/worn and when tractor got warm it would stall almost like it was running out of fuel. Changed last year and 9n has been running like a champ!!!
