Save yourself some time by studying the directions for a few minutes and laying the parts out as shown. They are all numbered, including the minor parts and tools, so everything goes together quickly. It is a bit rickety but if you don't mistreat it, it should hold up well. You have to force the door parts a bit to get the cotter pin hole to line up, but the cotter pins fit well and slide in and out fairly freely. The only part where you need to be careful is the order of washers and nuts in the axle area where the handle fastens to the drum. And don't over-tighten either of the nuts or the drum will bind when you try to roll it.The size is about right for a regular sized residential lawn. This should be a lot less trouble than spreading mulch by shovel. Just walk back and forth in parallel lines until the whole yard is mulched. It holds just a bit less than 3 cubit feet, but for a light mulching job, this is plenty. And the drum is easy to refill as you go.It is only the light duty construction that keeps me from having the confidence of giving a five star rating. The parts all fit well but the handle, especially, seems a bit weak where only two screws hold the loose-fitting shafts together.
