Other than the packaging issue that caused the candles to spill out onto the floor and brake, the remaining candles are as expected. They are nearly 6" long and are uniform throughout. The quality of the candles is excellent and exactly what our tiny church was looking for for our upcoming Christmas candlelight service. The only challenge now is whether we will have enough candles for the folks who show up on Christmas Eve.CAUTION! if you open up YOUR box of candles, be sure to be sitting on the floor until you have determined that the candle box is stable and sure.Merry Christmas to you all. I hope this was helpful.

They are a little shy of 1/2" but I think they will work fine.
