I bought these to use when hosting Zoom meetings as my old laptop's microphone is not very good. Just plug and play, no installation required and the people I meet with via Zoom said the sound quality is very good - no trouble hearing or understanding me at all.

This comes with USB connector only, not like the picture. The Advertisers should be forced to be accurate with their images. It is misleading. I didn't even bother to test it out but apparently other reviews find it lacking in that department too.

This unit is not coming with a RJ 3.5 Jack. It comes with a USB, unlike the image represents. Returning it!

Doesn’t even work, and on top of that it’s not a regular headphone wire as shown in the picture, it’s literally a USB which isn’t stated or shown in the picture, only stated in the description, although it’s in the description, it’s still very misleading for people who don’t really read the description (me) and I’m sure others don’t for certain products as well. Do not buy.

This did not work when plugging directly into my laptop headset jack. I found this will only work when using a dedicated microphone jack. To solve, I purchased a separate inexpensive 1 male to 2 female splitter where one of the female jacks is for a microphone and the other for a speaker. I plugged the splitter into the laptop and this microphone into the microphone jack of the splitter and then it worked as expected.
