This is a fun little craft that kids could do without adult help!There's not much of clean up other than putting anything taken out back in the box. So, on those days when you're not feeling like cleaning up a mess after, this is it!!!Highly recommend to have on hand for kids that enjoy crafts & parents that need a little break!

What a great activity for my younger grandchildren(3 almost 4 twins). An almost no mess, fun activity I could have loads of fun with them. They were easy to assembly, sticky, and great colors. I am hoping to find more fun, not very messy crafts that I can give them to have at home so that their busy parents can do something fun and engaging with them that does not involve a lot of set up or clean UP. These sea creatures seemed to be pretty durable when done.

This is very easy for young children to do. The pieces are all pre-cut and you just need to thread them onto the dowels. There are nice instructions for them to follow if they want to reproduce the examples...a learning process in itself! Each of the 6 sea creatures is a bit different but all have the same format. But for the child who wants to create his own version, that will work too.

This Coola Sea Animals Craft Kit has been a big hit with my grandkids, ages 2-3. They love doing crafts, but their favorites are always the ones where they end up with an actual object they can carry around. This set comes with six different sea life figures and plenty of beads and felt accessories to go around. It's easy enough that even my 2 year old granddaughter had no problem adding the beads, although I did help her with the felt discs. This craft is great for working little fingers and also allows a certain amount of individual creativity as the kiddos got to choose their own accessories and how they wanted to pattern their beads. The end result is unique and adorable, but unfortunately, all three crafts fell apart. The sticks just don't fit tight enough into the wooden bases, and within minutes there were beads everywhere and lots of tears. I ended up using a hot glue gun to glue everything together. Thankfully, it worked like a charm and now everyone is happy. The figures make cute decorations, and my grandkids like to use them as shadow puppets on the wall. If they stayed together better, this would be a 5-star kit. I still recommend it, but definitely be prepared to either use a glue gun or chase beads.

My granddaughter is a crafty girl so always finding hands on things for her to do besides a tablet. She will love getting this for xmas, Easter, valentines or her bday. Mermaids are always a hit

The pre-cut pieces and self-stick bits made it easy for my preschooler to create without any worry about safety.
