Not sure if I did anything wrong, but the fan doesn't spin faster than 2760 RPM, a while the old one on the CPU is spinning at 5820, and it pushs out too much more air.

I have an older PH315-52-78VL model Acer Predator and needed to replace both fans because they tend to run loud over time. My model takes 2 exact same fans (right side) and these were a good fit. Now it runs quiet like back in the day.

My partner's Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-52-710B started to get some serious buzzing from the GPU fan. Bought this as a replacement. Worked just fine. Easy to install and appears to be detected by the laptop and the Acer PredatorSense program appropriately. Still holding up after 5 months of daily use.NOTE: if you have the exact same Acer Predator Helios 300 model (PH315-52-710B), this WILL NOT WORK for the CPU fan out of the box, but will work for the GPU fan. For this exact laptop model, the CPU fan is positioned slightly differently and requires a longer cable. You might be able to find a way to hack, just keep that in mind. Later models of this laptop are different and use the same fan for the CPU and GPU, so theoretically this replacement fan would work for either in those later laptop models.

Este producto no es metálico como el original. Pero puedo decirte una cosa. Hace el mismo trabajo pero mucho más silencioso. Sí, sigue siendo ruidoso, pero cuando usas programas pesados. Pero a bajas revoluciones, es muy silencioso y no hace ruidos ni vibraciones como el original. PredtorSense pudo leer su velocidad, tambien el vendedor dijo que si puede alcanzar 3000 a 6000 rpm que es muy genial si usas el modo turbo. Producto 10/10 vendedor 10/10.

Needed a fix for the GPU fan on the Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-52-78VL, with the i7-9750H, GTX 1660 Ti, 2019) that been making odd noises on lower RPMs.Swapping the fans out was straight forward, unplug the original fan connector, remove a couple of screws, take out the original GPU fan and put the replacement fan in its place, screws back in. The replacement fan came with a strip tape (my best guess its electrical tape) already attached just like it shows in the product's images. Just need to get my own electrical tape for the other vent and reattached the Wifi antennas back to its card that pop off when trying to remove the tape off the old fan, but its no big deal.The Acer Predator software detects the RPM from the new fan. Boot up a couple of games, monitoring the GPU temps and so far things seem alright. I don't how these replacement fans compare to Acers official design for there AreoBladeTM, but these seem to work good enough.

This is NOT a CPU fan (at least for this model)Predator Helios PH317-53-7777. (See image) Specified on this listing as exact fit.Fan is an exact match for the GPU. (See image, new fan sitting to the right of installed GPU fan).Fan is not at all a match for the CPU unless placed upside down, and even then not a good fit.. (See image).GPU is on the left, CPU is on the right. (See image).I have no choice at this point but to try to make it work. If anyone else is in this position, my plan is to solder an extension using some prototyping jumpers and heat shrink. Wiring looks like 30g at least, so good luck!

I work from home and needed a new CPU fan for my Acer laptop because mine randomly blew out. Thankfully, this fan arrived right on time, and it was incredibly easy to install.I forgot what my laptop sounded like two years ago!

Great product. Not a cheap replacement as far as quality is concerned. Fans are metal & not cheap plastic like so many replacements out there. Easy to install & works great! Immediately bought a second one to replace the other original fan, should that one stop working.

works well, cools the pc, easy to install. the cons are that i had to order the cpu fan twice because the first one did not power on. also the tape to seal it to the exhaust was on the wrong side, and for the gpu fan it only had tape on one side.
