I actually ordered a black one but received a white one. I kept it because I can wear it on white night at the cruise. the material is soothing on my skin, fits well. Very thin material and decent quality.

This would be good for running or cardio at the gym. I got this for wintertime to put over club tops and it doesn’t add the most warmth but it does cover me up more which I like. I like the thumb holes and it’s comfy. I do wish there was more fabric around the armpit area since it sometimes gets stuck in my armpits but it’s nice.

I bought this for both cooling and to keep my arms covered since I burn nearly instantly in the sun. I bought the proper size and while it's long enough to go around my shoulders down to my hands, it's very tight in the upper arms. I found it very uncomfortable to wear for very long. I would suggest ordering a size or two bigger than you need. If I had done that I would probably wear it every day, it's lightweight and perfect for what I wanted. Just too tight.
