bought this for my 10 yr old son. Its a good snug fit, which i loved ( him not so much , lol ). He wore it for a whole season and it washed well and had no rips in the seams.

Kid is a pitcher and took a line drive to the chest. Needed this to build her confidence to get back out there. Doesnt restrict movement that much.

I bought this for my son. he's eight and he plays baseball at a competitive level. I wanted to get something that would protect his chest if a baseball would come at him and this has protected him a few times. The shirt is pretty thin can't really see it under the Jersey. He did say it makes him a little sweaty when he wears it but it's the price he has to pay for the protection. This is definitely something I would buy again when he outgrows it.

My son got beaned a few times but none in the padded portions. He is ok but it is nice to make sure he is safe by having the padding.
