If you need to sand small surfaces or have a 3d-printer, this is the tool for you!The first impression - this pen has a really decent weight and comes with a decent amount of accessories. It came with 8 heads. Unfortunately the heads are plastic. The connection point (I guess you could call it a rotating chuck) where the heads connect to the pen is also plastic. Not a huge deal, because once I inserted a head I didn't feel that it was too weak or insufficient to do the job. This is not an industrial belt sander. It's for small, fine detail work.Another notice, the heads came attached to a sprue, which tells me that they were probably cast. Removing them from the sprue is easy, but you want to make sure to take some plastic nippers and clean off the 2nd where the head was attached to the sprue, (see 2nd photo) otherwise you may not get a good fit.The kit came with a variety of grits of adhesive-backed sandpaper, that you can just peel off and attach to the sanding heads. I picked the triangle one to see if I could sand my 3d printed "benchy" model, specifically the part around the little porthole which is very small. I attached a before and after shot of the sanding. I didn't go over this with multiple grits just because I didn't want to use up all my sandpaper, but I could tell that the sanded model was much smoother than the original with the normal print lines, so additional sanding and painting would eventually render a completely smooth surface.The pen is USB-C chargeable, and has a light on the front of it to assist your work.The one thing I was curious about was that the heads that came with it -- there are 4 shapes that are straight (triangle, circle, square, and a rounded rectangle. The other 4 heads have angles, which is great, however it doesn't have a bent-necked rounded rectangle (but does have the other 3 shapes). The last bent-neck end has a horizontal cylinder on it, and I'm not really sure what purpose this serves. There aren't any sandpaper pieces I can see that fit around this, so my best guess is that you could take a square one and wrap it around the cylinder to sand an inside-curve area, but that's just a guess.Knowing that I could easily fabricate new heads if necessary makes this tool even more useful.

This is really just a tiny handheld pen sander, don't expect a ton from it and it won't let you down, which means the price needs to be a good value for you. This is perfect for cleaning up 3D prints or sanding wood in really tight spaces, but don't be fooled, it's going to take much longer than using a real sander, and you'll get lines from this. It's good for what it is, but keep your expectations in line.

This cordless pen sander works pretty well and changing speeds easily with a good range. The included USB-A to USB-C charging cord charges the unit in a decent amount of time and the battery does a good job, although a battery level indicator would be appreciated. The speed lighted indicator works as expected and the little light does light up the specific sanding area nicely. The grit level is not marked anywhere on the sandpaper sheets. While I can take the individual PSA discs on and off and stick them back on the sheets, it would be nice to have the option of having one of the sanding shapes for each grit level to make it easier to change the grit level during sanding. This pen sander is a good tool for getting into those tight areas on small sanding projects, while working on miniatures, or 3D prints.

回転するタイプのサンダーは多数所有していますが、こちらは振動タイプで安全でかつ扱いやすいです。回転タイプは高速回転するため、わずかなミスで致命的なエラーや怪我に繋がりますがこちらは振動タイプで接触させると振動でバリなどをきれいに除去できます。充電式でコードが邪魔になるといったこともなくパワーもそこそこあります。木材はきれいに削れますが、プラスチックはやすりの目が詰まる感じがするのでニッパで大まかに切断した後仕上げの意味で使うとベストかなといった感じでした。

I needed to sand white corrosion off small parts of the base of an ancient, corroded floppy drive. I have a Dremel tool and a finishing sander, but they are far too large and/or aggressive for this purpose. Sanding by hand was proving to be too time consuming. I obtained this sander in the hope that it would simplify this process.Although the sandpaper sheets are not labelled with their grit, there are in fact several grits included. The sandpaper is adhesive, and is placed on the attachment that corresponds with the shape of the sandpaper piece chosen. When worn out, it is easy enough to remove the sandpaper from the attachment. By the time I was done with my sanding, though, the sandpaper was still good.The sander itself is plastic, as is the slot to put the attachments in, and also the attachments themselves. There are straight and angled attachments shaped as triangles, circles, squares, and cropped ovals. The attachments come connected to a plastic holder, just like model airplane parts do. It was necessary to trim the part of the attachment that is attached to the plastic holder in order to insert the attachment into the sander.The sander has multiple speeds. It is highly effective for sanding small items, and took care of removing the white corrosion on the base of my floppy drive. It is a useful tool that is easy to use, and I recommend it.

Very pleased with this sanding pen tool and tested it on an item that was neither craft nor hobby. I actually used the tool on my dental bruxism shield guard which has a small section which caused discomfort and needed very slight adjustment but wasn’t worth a visit to the dentist for. Result, it worked.The sanding pen is fully charged on arrival so can be used straight away.You get 5 power speeds in the pen which you press the button for and go through the sequence to reach your desired speed, the pen motor noise gets louder the faster the speed. On low speed it is quiet and on high speed I would say it is around the same noise as those hair clippers barbers use so still comfortable to the ears sound.The different grades of sanding sheets fit in the tool bit just like a sticker, these stickers adhere very well, stay on during your sanding use and are easily peeled off afterwards.In the storage box you receive the sanding pen, 8 different ‘bit’ shaped tools of various shaped ends for direct or detailed sanding. Lots and lots of sanding sheets are included with graded sheets for rough sanding to polishing your finished projects. You get a USB-C charging lead and also a stand for your pen.I didn’t think I would use the light on the pen but this did prove to be very useful while sanding as I could see exactly how much I was chamfering off.

I ordered this Buscasso cordless rechargeable pen sander to help me with sanding bits of 3d printed cartridges and other bits for my retro computer hobby. You can also use it for model making such as airfix etc.The sanded is rechargeable and is charged via a USB c port, a small cable is supplied.Your supplied with 8 plastic attachments and a range of self adhesive sanding pads with cut outs for the attachments.It has 5 speed levels, lowest speed is more handy than the highest speed, is fairly noisy especially at the highest speed. There is little vibration through the tool itself which is good.The attachments are only plastic, which could be the one failing point of this device, rather than metal ones.There is a small led light at the front of the sander that can be turned on and off at the touch of a button on the sander.Everything is contained in a slightly opaque plastic case with instructions on how to use it.Fitting the attachments is simple by undoing the collar sliding the attachment in and doing up the collar again.It works well and was better than expected

I wish this was better than it actually is. All parts are plastic. The sanding pads are thin stickers. Has different sanding speeds as well as a light. Simple to operate. is lightweight. NOT for heavy duty tasks. Seems more for model makers than anything else.
