Trying to use these things to exercise is difficult but makes me want to master it.I did exercise # 3 in the Exercise Guide sheet, which has 5 exercises. The exercise was tough and I didn't really master it but I can really feel it in my core.Use the foam side for hardwood/laminate flooring.

These little discs are awesome for taking your workout to the next level. There's not a lot to these core sliders, but they pack a punch and are great for high intensity circuit training. The foam padding is nice and offers enough grip without being too soft. These are so compact and lightweight you can take them on trips if you don't want to miss a workout.There isn't much to say about these other than you need to try them out to experience how they can improve your workout. Do not think twice about getting them if you like high intensity workouts, your results will speak for themselves.

These have been a lifesaver for my workouts and stretchs on carpet! Although I find that the one side for tile does not work for my type of tile in my home.

I really like these for my at home work outs. They help me glide on the carpet. Sometimes I with my hands and sometimes during pilates I use with my feet. I was using paper plates before I got these.
