Got these for my 7 month old grandson. They are perfect. Easy to put on and off. They are rated for up to 12 months. I'm not sure he will be able to wear them that long.

These do NOT stay on my 12mo’s feet. Something about the size of the foot opening and the curve makes them difficult to get on, which is why once we DO get them on they supprisingly don’t stay on. Curious. They’re very cute in-person with the texture and bows on the feet. They worked for family pictures but I wish we would get more practical use out of them.
