My 9 year old son is obsessed with King Kong & Godzilla, this axe was for him and it did not disappoint. He loves to carry it around and pretend to be the giant Silverback fighting the equally large lizard. It is sturdy foam so it holds its shape but it's soft enough he isn't going to hurt himself or someone else with it.

I got this to go with my sons kong halloween costume. He loved it! Good quality, however, the top was coming off the handle quite easily. Maybe his was looser.

My son is obsessed with Godzilla x Kong. He wanted Kong’s battle axe for his 8th birthday. This was perfect. It’s a sturdy foam and came in two pieces that you just connect together. He loves it so much.

My son was running around like a wild man and enjoyed it!. I saw the opportunity and made him start gardening. So far it goes through almost everything. Roses and crabapple branches are minor injuries. He'll live.

I’ve bought this for my little brother as a Christmas present and am glad I chose this one, it’s sturdy to hold yet made of safe soft outer material perfect for him reenacting king kong scenes without him getting hurt, it also comes apart for easier storage or for travel, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be safe when their kids are at play
