This is a very useful set of straps for carrying skis. The Velcro flaps hold the skis quite securely and it definitely will free your hands. The waist belt however at least doesn't work for me - they seems to be positioned too low to buckle around your waist. But I don't find it to be that essential anyway - carrying either on my back or slinging over one shoulder works fine without that belt. Definitely a useful thing thave come ski season.

Other than missing padding for a more comfortable hauling experience, these are pretty solid. Plenty of adjustability. Good velcro and straps. Easy to get your skiis and poles in. These would also work to haul a fishing pole carrier or other similarly shaped object.
