I have been trying to get them to send me a return label but they want a video of it not working. You can not tell from a video if the air is blowing or not. I even asked for a replacement unit and they still want a video. I have now requested just to return for a refund.

Update: it works great! I had to update my review. Boots and gloves dry pretty well, even when very saturated.the fans are working but they are not forcing any air into the vents for some reason. warmth trickles through but no air. is there something I can do to to solve this?

Love love it! It’s great to keep my boots dry especially after a raining day.
