Purchased these to use with my kettlebell routine. The colors are a bit bright but fun and the thickness of the product gives great protection and support. They last forever, great if your arms sweat and can be washed in a machine when dirty. I lost one pair during a move and purchased another to replace the lost pair. I like the fact that they are washable, protect well. I wish they had a few more color selections , hence the 4 not 5.

I have not mastered the snatch on the left as comfortably as I am able to do it on the right. These wrist pads have been a wonderful addition to my workout outfit...lol. They wash and dry well. They are thick enough to help soften the landing of the kettlebell. I definitely recommend these.

The item exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and gets the job don3 no plastic insert, but thick enough to minimize the kettlebell bruising forearms.

I bought these years ago and they're still going strong. First, they are small. I'm a petite small boned female and they fit snug. They do stretch, but I don't know how comfortable that would be on someone bigger. They do work - snatches are pain free even when form is lost. The downside is they're hot. Really hot. If you train with kettlebellls outside in the US, these will raise your body temp. The relief taking them off is immense. For interest - these are actually infant leg warmers. Google the company. My kids wore some from this company when they were little. It's an ingenious use, but they are small and hot.

I bought this sleeve to protect my watch during kettle bell workouts. I don't use a heavy kettlebell so it was not to protect my wrist. However, I was really pleased that it helps to keep my watch in place so that I have more accurate heart rate readings. I tend to have cold hands and am fairly small boned so the watch has a tendency to move and significant amounts of time do not have any heart rate reading at all. I don't know if it will be too hot to use in the summer but I'm sure there are other people who have difficulty getting heart rate readings. Perhaps these sleeves will help.

Only need the Charcoal and Red,White,Blue guards to complete the collection - hopefully KneeBees will design or add more colors! These are the ONLY wrist guards to have for kettlebell training - don't bother with any others. These are comfortable, stable on the lower arm/wrist, cute as heck and are almost six inches long compared with a couple of other popular brands at just over three inches and more appropriate as wrist sweat bands. For me, three inches is not nearly long enough to protect your lower or upper wrist area when racking, snatching, pressing or cleaning your kettlebells. I like a little bit of cushion for a sense of security and these are it. Yeah, they may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend!

These are great, allow for flexibility, and cushions the fall of the kettlebell. If you have crummy technique they will still help until you get better. They're cute, inexpensive, and perfect. There stretchy and comfy, too, and they could fit on small to large wrists. Big meaty wrists might not fit, but average ones will. Don't buy anything more expensive. These wrist guards are simple, cheap, and effective - the trifecta!

Great alternative to the usual kettlebell guards with plastic inserts. Comfortable to wear throughout the workout but they get warm because of the heavy material. Could be a benefit in cold weather!
