Didn’t have room for a table, but this worked great to hold drinks, etc on the couch.

We don't have any room for a coffee table or side tables in our living room right now. I saw these and thought 'heck, these should do'. Our couch arms are actually quite narrow so the shelf slipped back and forth too much. So with some fabric and adhesive stripes, I made a band to go around the front of the couch arm and catch onto the sides of the shelf to hold it in place. Overall pretty pleased. Seems like good quality for the price.

I don't know if I have a narrow couch or this is just pretty wide. I was so looking forward to this since I am always losing my remote(s). But this slides down the sides of the arms of the couch. so it can't hold a drink or food. I still keep it on my couch, however, to hold my remotes.

This fit perfectly on the arm of my couch. Nice to have when there isn't an end table available.

I have never used an arm tray before, so the whole idea of one is new to me, but it's definitely a game changer! Will I ever have to keep my cup on the coffee table again, forcing me to sit up to reach it? NOPE! Will I ever leave rings on my couch's arm fabric and make my wife mad with it? NOPE! Have I lost the TV remote since I put this thing on my couch? NOPE! (well, ok once, but our kiddo didn't put it back where it was supposed to go lol)I've absolutely LOVED having this tray on my couch arm. It makes absolutely everything more convenient especially when I'm lazy and spend a little too long on the couch with my snacks and drinks. It drapes over the arm perfectly, and the material on the bottom makes it extremely non-slip, so I'm never worried about it getting too overloaded on one side and slipping off the arm. It's very well built and feels like a quality product. It's super sturdy, and the wood pockets on the side are great for storing remotes, magazines, phones, etc.My only regret is not getting another one for the OTHER couch arm. If you're on the fence about this, do it!

My couch does not have any hard surfaces to place things like drinks, tv remotes, and snacks anywhere on it. As a result, many times I've nearly spilled things directly on it perching drinks on the arm rest and other places.I'm so pleased that this little side table not only fits the arm rest from a width perspective, but also fits in behind the control panel so it doesn't block any buttons. The quality of the wood is great and it appears to have a finish on it, so I wouldn't worry about getting it a little wet from drink condensation. It does also come with a felt-ish pad on the entire underside so it does not slip or move in the slightest from sitting down or even trying to slide it along the arm rest.
