Based on the reviews I almost didn’t buy it but I am glad I did! I got quite a few of the same yes type, same idea but they are quite uncomfortable and too thick and heavy. For my purpose these are great, enough hold that smooth my belly area and thin! I do agree that the cup size runs on the smaller side. But overall it does a good job.

I ordered a size medium based on the chart and would say you def need to size up, but don't bother ordering if your cup size is larger than a B. It's unfortunate because I'd they offered a larger cup size, I'd have definitely Re-ordered in a larger size. My search continues.

If you want a cheap slip to be a built in bra and not have a seathru white dress . It's fine . It's not at all sliming tho does ride up when you walk . It's ok but don't get if you want slimming

Arrived dirty on the inside and was 2-3 sizes too small. If it had fit, the length would have been good.

This product holds you in nicely but if you have any boobs at all they will not fit in the tiny cups provided. I purchased the xl and it fit fine everywhere but in the chest. I am 5'5 180lbs.
