I got this for a costume so I wasn’t looking for an authentic, expensive cowboy hat. And for those two reasons this hat is great. It will be perfect for a costume. If you want an authentic hat I’d look elsewhere. The hat comes with tie, chin strap you can put on if you want. It is lined with plastic on the inside which at first I thought would be removable and was inserted to keep its shape. It even has a sticker that says to remove it. But I can’t figure out how to get it out unless I cut it. The hat is too big but I have some hat size reducers that stick on the inside so I can make it tighter on the head.

I grew up in Texas, but I dislike country music and have never owned a cowboy hat in my entire life. The other day I was clicking around on Amazon when I came across this hat. I thought it looked cool, so I ordered it on a whim.The hat arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It's comfortable and fits me perfectly. I'm probably going to get some weird looks for wearing a cowboy hat while listening to classical or metal music, but I enjoy being a dichotomy.

This western cowboy hat is made from synthetic straw woven into a quality product. It’s light in weight on your head but not so much as to feel cheap. It fits perfectly and is comfortable. A strong wind could blow it off but it comes with optional straps to attach and tie under your chin to keep that from being an issue. The beige color means it will go with most everything I own. I’m not crazy about the leather band. It looks masculine to me but I’m looking forward to getting different bands to change the look depending on the outfit and event.The style can be changed somewhat with its adjustable brim. Mine came slightly crooked and it took about 5 seconds to straighten it out. 2 days later, it’s still in the exact same position. I’ve thumped at it and thrown it a few times. No change in shape. Perfect casual hat.

This cowboy hat is made of a synthetic straw material, not soft fabric. The material is firm, not soft, it feels like it’s coated, but the brim is slightly shapeable. It’s a relatively stiff hat, but it looks pretty nice! I like the look of the light beige color, with the contrasting darker band.It’s a somewhat basic cowboy hat, but it doesn’t feel flimsy, or too lightweight, the overall quality is reasonably good. The sizing is one size fits most, but it fits very well, not too tight. It’s medium sized, certainly not too small, but not too big either, right about in the middle. It also comes with an adjustable hat band, which is optional.I’m very satisfied with this cowboy hat, it wears well, and it doesn’t look too bad at all! At around $36, I think it’s a fair value. Recommended!

It’s been a lot of years since I’ve worn a cowboy hat, but I have worn a lot of them in my day. In terms of comfort, this one does not disappoint. It’s just stiff enough to hold it’s shape and stay in place while still being comfortable to wear and keep on your head for long periods of time.While this is comfortable to wear, I’m a little torn on whether or not I like the style of it. At first glance, it seems like a great hat. However, if you look at it long enough or wear it long enough , you can pick up on some features of the hat that are more stylish or designed for women than men. I’m sorry, but a cowboy hat should not be a unisex item. You either designed it for a man or a woman. If this were a man’s hat, it should not have the fake diamonds on the sides of it. Aside from that one feature, I really like the hat, it’s a good comfortable fit and is a decent deal for the money. I’ve certainly spent much more on hats that did not feel nearly as comfortable or look as good (with the exception of the fake diamonds that are on it).While I am not completely happy with the look or the appearance of it, it is something that I will wear on a regular basis and hopefully grow more fond of over time. I do love the color and the shape.I also feel that it is worth noting, the hat was shipped incredibly well. It was in a box with a plastic ring around the inside of the hat that was relatively thick and well placed. The purpose of the ring was to allow the hat to keep it’s shape during shipping and not to become deformed. They did a really solid job on packaging and shipping this.

This was shipped in a plastic shipping pouch - surprisingly enough it arrived in excellent shape. The seller added a hard plastic shaper where your head goes and it held its shape well through shipping and delivery. As someone who has owned high dollar Resistol hats in the past I was pleased with how nice this hat is. It's not super flimsy and it was comfortable, despite being a one size fits most product. This will be my kick around, fishing, mowing, bonfire hat and I couldn't be happier with it. It has decent weight, material-wise, to it but it's lightweight as far as comfort while wearing goes. I might get a different hat band for it, since this one isn't really my style, but it doesn't look bad at all. Good value for a decent everyday, don't want to ruin your expensive hats, cowboy style hat.

This hat looks exactly as advertised; that is, it's a very good-looking hat. The drawstring that you attach on the inside should make it adjustable enough to fit anyone's noggin - I'd guess up to a size 8. The only thing that worries me is that the hat is said to be made of Synthetic Straw. It turns out that synthetic straw is a euphemism for 100% paper, according to the label. Because of this, I would never wear it on a day that's forecasted to have even the slightest chance of rain. Now, I have a sun hat - a fefora - that's also 100% paper and it's three years old. I am careful to never get it wet and it's held up very well and still looks new so YMMV but I thought this construction should be prominently mentioned.
