I have a central vac in my house, and I can insert a hose and use that to vacuum my car, campgear, travel gear, workshop area. Except it was very difficult to get out, work with, put away, and it wasn't quite long enough to reach everything. I bought this reel and mounted it in my garage, and after getting an additional 40 foot hose, I can easy reach every corner of the garage, and even vacuum a vehicle parked in the driveway, and when I'm done..... ZIIIIIIIIP! It get's rolled up in less than 30 seconds! Sturdy, smooth, and even has a thumb bolt to lock the reel from spinning at specific lengths. Totally worth the purchase. It's got me wondering what else I can put on another Coxreel in my house.

Yes they are expensive. But the smooth operation, adjustable tension, and build quality tell you this is a forever product.

Very nice hose reel, extremely well made, I bought this to use with my Vacumaid pro50 in my garage, it makes using the 50' hose a breeze, you'll need two attachments from Vacumaid to make it work.First is a bypass hose that goes from the reel to the vacuum, Google search: 1-1/4″ X 5′ Hose with HV109BL and HC111BLSecond is a hose adapter that goes from the end of the hose to the reel, Google search: Vacuum Hose Connector - One End Threaded HC111BLThese are both from Vacumaid and work with their vacuum, not sure how it'll work with others

This product is not cheap but it is well worth the money it is a high-quality that will last you a lifetime it’s a one time purchase made out of really good material and does the job perfect keeps my garage nice and organized with the help of keeping my vacuum lines clean and neat
