A reminder:
What size should I get? The bed cloth should be at least 2-3 inches longer than your table slate in length or width for easier installation. Otherwise, you should go with next size up cloth. Here's the table slate size reference:
7' Pool Table slate: 43" x 83"
8' Pool Table slate: 51" x 95" or 48" x 91"
8' Oversize Pool table slate: 53" x 99"
9' Pool Table slate: 57" x 107"
However, there are many other different sizes of slate. If you are not sure what you should be getting, please let us know.
Value vs Quality: CPBA Pro grade cloth: Top of the line. Made for advanced or Pro players. Generally used in tournament games. Recommend for all level players. This is the best pro cloth you can get. Why spend $3-400 for the same result? Do not let the poor felt limit your skills to growth.
Playing surface: Two sides of the cloth are different. The playing surface feels much smoother without fuzz.
Stretch index: Stretch about 1" in width and 2" in length will give the best result.

Not by any means a table mechanic, but I’m quite happy with this cloth/felt. There’s extra length to allow for a learning curve which I really appreciate. We bought a table about 6 months before ordering this and we reused the felt that we got with it. It was old and noticeably slow. As soon as I could forget how much of a pain in the rear it was to install, I ordered this. Install was easier since I now had experience with it. Stretch factor was not specified in the box/bag but it’s easily available here in the product description. Very little fibers to clean up and overall it was a great install. Will buy again without reservation. I can’t compare it to a simonis s as I have no experience with it but I will say it’s for sure faster than the napped cloth my table came with.

Put the tournament blue Worsted cloth on my pool table and it looks great and plays even better. I messed the cloth up on the rails. Reached out to 8th zone to see if I could buy just the rail cloth. Becky contacted me very quickly and said she would send new cloth at no cost. Very pleasantly surprised an unexpected. Sorry for the white circles I put them on for practice drills.

Really happy with the final look of this product. In comparison to other cloths that are worsted this is an exceptional buy plays fast and appears durable. Only complaints if any are it's tricky to install but I'm not a professional either it's tough to stretch especially at side pockets so be cautious when cutting try to leave extra then cut off excess later. Also perhaps it was just my particular cue it has a black custom tip on it and was miss cued so it marked the table and unfortunately didn't wipe off without leaving a faint mark on the table also couple that with blue chalk so it left a dark mark. By the way felt is burgundy color so I feel like this was something that I could have prevented, I would highly recommend getting chalk that matches color of your felt which I did and tabe cleans up ten times better so lesson learned. Overall I would highly recommend this felt great for the price.

I only just put this cloth on my table, but it is pretty fast. Not the fastest I’ve ever played, but still fast. Great for 9 ball. I get incredible cue ball control on this cloth. It seems pretty durable too. Make sure you use a fresh razor to cut it. Also, I messed up a rail. I contacted the company to buy some cloth and they sent me a rail cloth for free. That was pretty awesome, especially since I’m the one who messed it up.Edit 6 months later — this cloth is still holding up fantastic. I honestly will not buy any other brand of cloth. This stuff is as good as Simonis.

I picked this up after seeing a few forum conversations regarding it as a lower priced equivalent to the Simonis 860 / 860HR. Instead of paying the Simonis tax I figured I'd give this a shot and spend the difference on some nice Aramith balls.I've installed cloth a few times, including some standard run of the mill felt and Simonis 860. This installs just like any other worsted cloth, it likes to fray and can be a bit tough to stretch but once you get there it's worth the effort. The cut sizes were generous enough that it draped off the slate before stretching by a few inches on each side for an 8' table, which helped make install a lot easier than it could have been.As for how it plays and feels, I'd put it up there with Simonis 860 or 860 HR just on speed and feel. If you're looking for something worsted like that and like the speed, this is a good way to get there for the money. If you just want cloth for a table and don't save a bit and just buy Championship Saturn II.

This cloth is a good price but I’ve been real disappointed with it. I had a professional install it so I know it was done right. But it’s not very consistent. It’s a lot better than nap felt but I should’ve just bought the Simonis cloth. Major draw shots are a no go on this cloth ball just won’t grip it. On simonis cloth I can draw a ball across a 9 ft table and get rebound. After 6 months never even come close to that.

First, this cloth is great to play on, but it is challenging to install. If this is your first refelting project I'd suggesting something more forgiving. I'm happy with the results, but it took me 6+ hours to do. I feel like it would have only taken an hour or two with more forgiving cloth.I have an 8 foot table, so I ordered the 8' oversize cloth to ensure I had plenty to work with. It left me with about 6" of spare cloth in each direction and 2-3" to work with on the rails. I use the leftover cloth as breaking/jumping pads to make the cloth last longer. The cloth looks great and plays super fast. I can see quite a bit of stretch marks on the underside of the rails from where I over-stretched the material. They're are pretty consistent throughout the rails, so it's not distracting. After many tries, I was able to eliminate the "shadows" on the table bed so it looks perfectly smooth. This cloth is not very forgiving. Forming it into the pockets was nearly impossible. I ended up stapling it in place, then cutting the slits in the fabric and stapling them in place before carefully removing the first set of staples. After playing a few hours per day, the cloth had work well with some bruises from raised-cue shots. Overall is recommend this product.
