Opened up this item for an initial inspection before installation, one of the rubber grommets was missing so one of the tones was unable to produce sound properly. This is kind of a big deal as the purpose of this device is to produce tones. I'm fairly confident that it would ship from the manufacturer with this intact, which means Amazon reselling it as a used item is the company to blame for this oversight.

They advertised the product as 8'' H and it's only 5''. Not big enough for the hole I was trying to cover. Annoying

Good chime. Clear sound. Attractive cover that blends with the wall. Easy to install. Not louder than any other chime, tho.

Nothing fancy, works well for front and back doors. Has two different doorbell sounds. No complaints, good product.

Great product, nice look and easy to install. The only improvement I would suggest is optional chimes.
