Nice product, easy to put over your hiking boots. Nice traction on packed down snow trails and ice. Used them to visit Eben Ice Caves on the upper peninsula of Michigan. Pitied the poor souls that didn't have them! And not the super long teeth of some ice cleats, that are uncomfortable on hard surfaces

I initially hesitated to purchase these because the cleats were relatively short. I questioned whether they could provide the traction I need as I walk our dog at night, when intermittent icy patches can be difficult to see. At the same time, I didn't want crampons that had deep cleats because the icy patches are intermittent. I walked both on concrete and on ice. Due to Amazon's 30-day return policy, I decided to purchase these crampons. They worked perfectly on both clear and icy sidewalks. They also can be put on easily. Be sure to check the size you need using the shoe size chart.

Used these for hiking on icy trails. These are easy to put on and take off. They work well overall to give you traction on the ice. They need a little more coverage by the heel. I put my foot down back of the heel first a couple times and did slip but the other foot didn't move. I'm sure these prevented me from falling.

Impressed with how well these work. They are VERY slip resistant on ice/snow, far exceeding my expectations for the price. I don't think I'd want to walk on them on a continuous basis, but for occasional use, they are outstanding.I got the large size, and they fit over Timberland work boots sized 10-1/2 fine (you do have to stretch it to fit, but it is a nice, tight fit- no slipping around on the boot while walking).

Mostly a good product. They seem to have stretched out with use as they have started to fall off sometimes

PERFECT for walking up my 45°+ driveway which is covered in 2"+ of pure ice!!! One pic from the bottom of my driveway and the other is from the top.

I live in Georgia where we only get occasional snow/ice. We recently had snow, then freezing rain and lots of ice. These fit easily onto my shoes and I was able to confidently walk across the ice without slipping.
