HOW TO MEASURE
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline—right above your hips. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.

We all use CRBN pod packs for the NXL & ICPL, I personally went with the 5+7 since I mostly play back center and go through a lot of paint in 10-man. Also when playing x-ball the 5 lay flat. This pack is very comfortable and securely holds all the pods. I would recommend sizing down as it will stretch over time, I weigh 220 and still buy the small/medium. We play every weekend so it’s been used and abused but still works great, it also cleans up very easily
