The card was repackaged, so unclear whether it was "new", but it arrived undamaged and works as expected.

Card seems to be for earlier versions of windows prior to windows 7. I have been online for about 9 hours and even though some sites state that they have a windows 7 version driver none of the drivers recognized the sound card. I contacted the seller by phone and they said that they would look into it but they never did. This product does not have the correct information on the site. Do not buy it unless you have a computer with windows xp or older operating system.

When I got this card I was very happy, but when I put my ear up to it I couldn't hear anything at all. I yelled at it for a while to see if I could get it riled up, but still nothing. I'm gonna get Carl to come over here and see if he can't make it talk.
