This is my second Crimson Trace Rail Master Pro. I purchased my first one in 2014 and just now, 10 years later started to have some issues with the light. One of my favorite parts of CT is its size. Coming in right at 2" it fits nicely just under the end of my barrel (Springfield XDM 9mm) and holds securely to the rail. the ambidextrous on/off and mode selector right next to the trigger guard is perfect and makes it incredibly easy to function with safe finger position.All three modes (laser only, light only, laser and light) are easy to switch through and offer a seamless experience for the user (especially in high stress scenarios). I recognize you can purchase lower cost options for your handgun, but if you want rock solid quality that will hold up for a decade or more please consider CT RM pro!

It "fits" my M&P shield 40. I do have an aftermarket rail attached (recover SHR9). This particular light was suggested as compatible. It definitely gives a more aggressive look and adds a nice counter weight to the front of my fire arm. Easy installation and sight alignment. Shines bright and the various modes are simple to change.

BUYER BEWARE. The product looks slick. It is small, compact and works nicely. The problem I have is with install and durability. While I was installing the device on my sig P226, the mount broke. I used the tool provided by the manufacturer and was HAND tightening the screws and the mount just crumbled. I wrote to the seller and explained what happened and asked them to work for me. After a few days with no response I returned the item. While returning, I noticed that there was no category for “item broken” so I picked another. Seller still has not responded, but today I got half of a refund back. They not only charged me shipping to return, but then took half my money. Would have kept the item if i knew I was going. To take a $90 hit on it. And again SELLER DIDNT RESPOND OR WORK WITH ME. Didn’t tell me they were going to take half of my money when returned broken. POOR COMMUNICATION. Will never buy from them again

It's installed on a RIA full size (5") 1911 .45, with Recover Tactical CC3P grip/rail adapter. The fit is nice and tight. The light/laser control is within easy reach. Works perfectly. I haven't fired any rounds with it installed yet. Going to the range this weekend. Will update this review after I put some rounds downrange with the light installed. So far, I highly recommend it.

When I received the product there was no cellophane wrapper around the box. Figured it was a return or used product I was shipped. Sent it back and promptly got another one. It was the same. Just kept it and it worked fine but had me wondering if these are used or if Crimson Trace sells their Rail master Pro's in unsealed boxes which to me is strange because it would lead to theft, etc.As far as the product, it is a five star product. Has a great and easy windage and elevation adjustment. Dialed up the laser to match the open sights in a jiff. Only improvements I would make is about 50 more lumen and longer battery run times. Nice size especially for compact and subcompact pistols. Hope my input is helpful to someone...

Great price, Crimson makes it easy to match the correct laser to your sidearm. This model has 4 different fuctions. (1) tach light & laser (2) laser only, (3) Tach light only, (4) strobe tach light & laser. Very easy on and off. Functions take a little tim e toswitch between but is easy to do. Very easy to set elevation and windage. Use of different wadges based on your firearm for dead on sighting. Easy to understand user manual. Crimson Trace has one of the best warranty's hassel free customer service on the market. USA built

Received this laser/light a few days ago, attached to my pistol yesterday (looks like it was manufactured specifically for my gun), and took it to the range tonight. Sighted it at 7 yards and after some slight windage and elevation adjustments.... wow! Point and shoot baby. Dead on accurate. I believe that 21-25 feet is a good distance for self defense/home defense. Pushed the target back to 10 yards, and still dead on accurate. And I was shooting at a target with pictures of playing cards laid out across it, with each card about 2"x3", and kept all groups inside the card I was aiming at. Nice!I'm very satisfied with the fit and finish, the ease of attachment, the ease of use (switching on/off, switching between modes, accessing the switch with either hand), and how it looks on my Glock. This is my 2nd Crimson Trace laser device, and they make an excellent product.I like the red laser and don't feel the need to spend the extra $ on a green laser.Highly recommended if you want a laser/light combo for home defense pistol/rifle/shotgun. This device is universal and can be attached to any of these types of guns. Happy shooting.
