These are amazing! A must try. I’ve had mine for almost three years now and they are still holding up strong! I wear them all the time. Swimming in salt water, fishing, hiking, literally everywhere.

I have these on every pair of sunglasses I have and gave two as gift to others. No catching a hair strand or no discomfort when glasses hanging when removed. So, much better than a chain and no lost sunglasses!

Not sure if this is poor quality or if I just got a defective product. Where the rubber connects to the cording on one side was completely frayed upon arrival and is continually getting worse. Seems like it was just not finished properly. I've had several croakies and used them for years, they've saved sunglasses for me several times. I'd really like a replacement, or refund but unsure of how to go about that since it was purchased through amazon.

TLDR - if you are wanting slightly more feminine croakies that work, these work great. Just don't base off of the color.I ordered these ones for 4 reasons.1- The Terra version I bought from REI sent me an American Flag pattern vs. multi-color, and I don't feel like sporting the flag at the moment.2- The Terra version didn't fit in my Sunglass case when on. They wouldn't bend to wrap around since they stuck onto the end vs. sliding over a portion. I decided to go with a version that slides over for better fit.3- I *loved* the color in the photo! It would go perfect with my hair in the summer time and I felt like I couldn't pick a better accent.Unfortunately, I've realized they send you whatever they have of that style. As you can see in the photo, what they sent me was blue with pink, green, yellow, and black for the accent color. Still good quality and more feminine, but not quite what I was wanting like the photo.

Love these....only thing is the rubber connecter piece broke after 2 weeks of use. This was very disappointing and I am sure Amazon will replace.

I read the other reviews, and I sympathize with those who did not get something that looked like what they had selected. My experience has been different. I have used these straps daily for years, and I have found them to be extremely durable and with the perfect looseness-stiffness relationship for the task - they never get in my way. I bought them because of the beautiful native Central American colors and design and the slightly artisanal look. The ones that I bought recently via Amazon were exactly as expected. The rubber loops that attach to your glasses temples LOOK like they may dry out and crack, but that hasn't happened to mine after daily use for more than 5 years.

VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED, This company has earned my respect and future business. It is rare these days IMHO to find a company with such great customer service, this is my third pair (1 for back up pair of glasses) I ordered these a while back because I like the color. Recently When I changed glasses one of the retains loops broke off, not abused just normal wear and tear. I really felt it should have lasted a bit longer. So I went out on a limb and contacted the company CROAKIES (not the reseller as more than 90 days had passed) Well my call was actually answered by the third ring and I got to speak with a real live PERSON. I was not expecting much! she impressed my in that she actually was concerned for me as a consumer and was sorry that the loop broke off , she asked me my name and procedded to actually speak to me using my name as in a REAL CONVERSATION (OMG); she said she was sorry about the break off and asked me for my address and said that she would happily mail me another one. Something seemed way to pleasant and I was some what suspecious but did feel obligated to initially take her at her word. Well the replacements showed up in the mail about 3-4 days after my call. I have a newfound respect for the brand and would buy them again with out hesitation. VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service of the brand :-)

Doesn't hold the glasses and is simply like a small shoe lace. Possibly it would hold glasses that were thicker, but I have two types of glasses and tried repeatedly to try and get this cord to hold onto the glasses. One side kept falling off and then so did my glasses. So, aside from the fact that the photo shows the item as much brighter and nicer - it simply doesn't work. Note that I have done hundreds of reviews and generally give 4-5 stars. I am not generally critical.

This product is not at all as described. The picture clearly depicts a rainbow cord and what arrived were green cords with a few small stripes. Colors may vary should be updated to state could be totally different than what is pictured. Very very disappointed. I thought I was getting a rainbow cord and I figured the type of rainbow could vary, not that it would not be a rainbow at all. Too late to return now in time for our trip. :(
