Warning - this product only carries a 90 day warranty! My bad for not checking but having bought Crosley products before, I never imagined I would have an issue. Bought an entire set (loveseat, couch, 2 chairs) in September and barely used the loveseat during the fall - couldn't have sat in it more than 10 times and usually by only one person. I noticed the bent frame in January and contacted the company. The customer service link in Amazon did not work and after no response to my email for three days, I called. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes, the person answered, found my order and immediately told me the product was out of warranty. The person showed ZERO interest in the issue and only asked for pictures. I immediately sent the pictures only to again wait for 3 days for a response. The response was again to confirm the product was out of warranty and they could provide me the replacement part at their cost of $189 (I paid $600 for the entire loveseat). So what to do...? I turned the loveseat upside down and with a bit of pressure WITH MY HANDS, straightened the bent frame! (The third picture shows it now bent back into shape). Since I was able to bend the frame back with such ease, it's unequivocal this is a design issue and not a production defect that would be cured with a replacement part. So Crosley - You will not be getting any more of my money and I will be repairing this piece myself by adding a brace from the bottom tube to the floor as you should have done. In conclusion - defective design, the worst warranty I have ever seen on this type of product, total lack of concern or interest about their product failure, terrible customer service...you make your own decision. I have made mine - no more crosley...ever.

Bought this for my back yard patio along with some matching pieces and am so pleased with it! Also very happy with the cushions along with the covers that came with it. Was a bit nervous buying on line without being able to see the exact color and quality of the fabric but both are excellent. Fabric is strong and the piping is a nice touch. The covers fit nice and tight over the foam cushions so everything looks crisp and clean. Set looks great plus is comfortable & sturdy. Overall very happy with the purchase!

This is a pretty nice loveseat and we didn't mind spending more for getting the look that we wanted compared to the more boxy alternatives. It was packaged well when it arrived, but was missing the cushion covers. Amazon said they might arrive separately, but could not provide any tracking information for a second shipment. They asked us to wait a couple of days. We'll see.The main problem came when assembling. The main seat piece was badly bent at one end. I was part way done assembling when I saw it, so I just finished the assembly anyway. See the attached pictures. The bent bar causes a gap between the seat and the arm. I guess it could have happened during shipping, but there was not sign of major damage to the box, so I doubt it.We paid over $600 for this loveseat so, for that price we expected better. We will either return the whole thing for a replacement or wait for a new part to come, whichever is faster. We also didn't expect the snafu with the cushion covers, still to be resolved.

The bottom cushions are showing dips in less than a week. I also wish the back cushions were more stuffed.
