What is pictured and described in this listing is not what I received. The cape is a thin material, no lining. It came with a black tank to wear under it, size Medium. It also came with two nylon knee highs, a white and a black. This is definitely not worth $20.

I bought this for Cruella and it was perfect. Long enough to stay around the shoulders, not too hot here in Florida, a nice touch to the costume that I never ended up wearing. It was a high quality, soft, thick, which I paid for, but it was returned.

It was perfect for the costume but quality is not worth $60. For $60 dollars it shouldn’t look like a cheap costume in a bag like it does.
