This is the only filter on Amazon that actually fits my Hayward C200S equipment. You can buy cheaper filters, but you’ll be returning them if they don’t fit!

Filter only three weeks old & already failing to capture fine particles like sand/dirt/dust. Debris just cycles through filter & back into pool. Would definitely not recommend!

I miss the Hayward filters. This works well until the first time you clean it. Then it degrades immediatly and needs constant cleaning...making you want to buy another one. However I bought two other "off brands" and they did not seem to fit and I had to make a "tube sock gasket" to get them to stay in place and not make a horrible noise. This one does seem to fit properly so it is 1/16" better than those. I wonder if the name brand has been discontinued....and this is the best we can do.

our pool was a mess this spring...ruined the old factory Hayward filter due to so much algae pumping through it. Regardless we purchased this as it was way cheaper than the official Hayward unit. 1 season down and this held up REALLY well, rinsed it off a few times during the season and the final clean for pool closing this thing was looking brand new. I'd buy this again, but hopefully we don't need one for some time.

I have struggled finding a filter as good as an original Hayward filter. I just didn’t want to drop $200 so I have been trying different ones, until I found this one. The others were not nearly as good, and they really caused my pump to work harder. They just didn’t flow well. Until this one. It’s the first generic filter I have found that works as good as a name brand Hayward filter. I’m very happy. I’ll continue to buy them.

A perfect fit.Thé only drawback was the packing.Was expedited in a soft cardboard box and got a bit squashed in the middle but still usable.

Filter arrived damaged in shipping. Contacted the company and they returned my money if I wanted to buy a new one. They let me keep the damaged one. I love it! I have been using it to get my green water clear. Washing it once a day and it's holding up great. Finally have clear water and plan on purchasing another one.

Have this as a swap out with our Hayward CS200e. Excellent flow rate and easy to clean. And the price is great too!
