This was suggested by my energy healer for my daughter as a means of protecting her from spiritual issues. It definitely helped to protect her at night, as she burned the candle about an hour before she went to sleep and blew it out before she actually went to bed.

I did not expect for this candle to be this small, very disappointed. I would have opted for the regular paper wrapped version if I had realized it wasn’t as large and more oz. It’s only saving grace is the quality of these candles are amazing imo!
