I gave this review 3 stars because it came on time, and it is solid. However, I already had a scratch awl that came with no marking or product name but was sharp and works great, and I use it for so many things so figured I should purchase another. But this CS Osborne Scratch Awl #478 is thicker and dull. Been working to sharpen it, but it's just not that great.
