Still think the whole idea of this silly ass connector is just another part to fail. Tool makes it a lil easier to remove it... what was wrong with a hose and a clamp?

This tool makes disconnecting these coolant hoses much easier. I kept borrowing one from a friend and finally bought my own.

If your heater hoses are as crusted up as mine were then this little tool is a life saver. The tool itself is a little flimsy meaning that it will bend out of the channel it fits in when too much force is applied. I could have used a screwdriver and possibly caused damage but I was just replacing the O-rings inside the heater hose and did not want to have to replace the whole thing. Worked great!

Worked great for my 2013 Ford Focus heater hoses. This was cheap and fast. Well worth the time and money to get. I had it in less than 24hrs and was right arround $10.
