It’s shredded foam. It’s good quality, and soft, for stuffing my crocheted animals. It comes squished down, but it puffs up fine!

Its great bean bag filling, had no smell, functions great as filling for stuffed animals or pillows as well.Pretty comfortable and thick, some decently different sized foam.Only thing i wish was that there was more foam in there 😕

Arrived shrink wrapped, so you must give it ample time to fluff up. It does have a little of a chemical odor, but that goes away after you have let it air out for a while. It does seem to fluff up nicely. Just pay attention to how much you need. For a normal bean bag chair you usually need around 30lbs.

I've gotten packs of this probably from 4-5 different vendors on this platform, and they all perform about the same. Shop this on price. If you're looking for eco or health certifications, shop on price within the category. The SINGLE most important thing you want when dealing with this doesn't come with the shreds anyway - use a liner. You do not want to have to be dragging this stuff out by the handful when the time comes to wash your item - ESPECIALLY if it's something larger like a bean bag chair. Be sure you use a liner so you can pull the cover off to wash without having to fiddle with a literal million pieces of foam floating around.
