This new design boot jack is a fresh idea to do and old job! A good new one piece design too. I was surprised at the thickness of what appears to be stainless steel for the metal bars of the boot handles. What a good deal this was for the price! Folks need these tools, and I'm glad somebody thought of ways to make modern tools for this old job, at a reasonable price. Thanks

I haven’t used it for cowboy boots yet, but it certainly made removing tall Uggs much easier!and works well on all over the heel shoes. I broke a hip last year and this Jack cuts out the the contortion when removing foot wear. The Jack is easy to use and grips well with no damage. I like that I am able to stand and remove my shoes I can also use it to hold a boot in place while standing and inserting my foot The handles will come in handy for boots with pull tabs !

Although I do have cowboy boots, I primarily use these for my steel toed work boots. They do not have the two loops like a cowboy boot has; just one in the back. But, putting on the boots was never easier.

I didn't need the boot puller but the hooks worked just fine. Long enough to easily pull on my running shoes, boots also if I had any.

First use of the boot hooks the wooden handles slipped off the metal hooks. Very poor design and construction.
