Just insert the vehicle-specific plug end into the OEM vehicle’s factory brake controller socket. The other end plugs into your CURT trailer brake controller. Quick Plug harnesses are available for a variety of vehicles and are unique for each vehicle application to provide the easiest possible installation. This particular brake controller harness fits certain years of the Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 HD and 3500 HD, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and Yukon XL (see application info to verify fitment). CURT Quick Plug harnesses are compatible with most CURT brake controls and can be used as a replacement or for a new control unit installation. They're also great for towing all types of trailers with electric brakes. For versatile mounting of your trailer brake controller this Quick Plug wire harness measures two feet long. My truck did not come with a integrated brake control system but it did come the a harness with no plug on one end. Instead of splicing and reconnecting the wires to a brake controller I decided to make the purchase of this harness to simplify the process of getting a brake controller for my truck. Literally plug-n-play.

Perfect fit for Chevy Silverado 2022. Just make sure you pull the Dummy Plug out from the Truck connector so that you can attach this connector.
