What a great product, although the listing can be a little confusing. This product allows you to adjust multiple tail light settings for safety. From slow flash initiation of the brake lights to several strobe settings. While sitting/ stopping waiting for traffic lights, it can be programmed to flash your preset settings to strobe/ flash intermittently to warn drivers that you are sitting at a stop, or signaling a turn. A great safety add on.
