Worked well 1 time, after that the head would not tighten to have a solid connection with the heating element. Head just spins and now doesn’t work very well at all. Should work more than once!

Este producto está excelente. Esperar unos 7 minutos para calentar y funciona de maravilla. El único error fue que puse el nombre dos veces pero la empresa hizo lo que le pedí. Jejeje. Está perfecto. Me hubiera gustado poder corregir ese error pero lo demás todo bien

We have tried every way to make this evenly burn the image onto the wood. We have rocked it back-and-forth, turned the heat to different temperatures. And contacted the seller. We have had no response. This item did not even come with a manual in the box. Very disappointed.

What high quality iron this is for the money! I was very impressed when opening this. I purchased for a gift for my son in law who loves to grill. I ordered the 1.5” and wish I would have got the 2” as it is pretty awesome!!
