Poorly made product. Embroidery did not lay flat at all, there was no stabilizer behind it to support. I would like a refund or return because the quality is so poor it's unwearable. Even after washing the embroidery looked permanently wrinkled.

I bought this for my small business and had my business name embroidered on it. It came in a reasonable time and the quality is good. The color is great. The sweatshirt is on the thinner side but soft. I would size up for a loser fit.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZED WITH THE QUALITY & SHIPPING ! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Will 100% be shopping with them again! So easy to order and customize! I read a few horror stories so I was scared, but I was VERY happy with my product! ❤️ Sweater is sooo soft and comfy! And the stitching is amazing! 10/10! && Wasn't supposed to be here for another 14 days!!!!!!

There are a couple things wrong with this hoodie.1. The main thing people see when you’re wearing this hoodie, the customized word(s), are horribly inconsistent in the stitching pattern. The outline of the lettering, as seen in the image, looks cheap and is loose.2. The neck hole of this hoodie and the hood itself are claustrophobic-ly tiny. For reference I got a 3X to be comfy any instead I feel like I’m slowly being sofly strangled.Unfortunately I cannot return this hoodie since I washed it, preparing to wear it the night it arrived. I would say to lower your expectations for this product if you purchase it. (P.S. I even left a “tip” too and still received the hoodie in this condition). It’s still a hoodie, and I can wear it but it’ll only be worn at home. I would not recommend this product unless you’re looking for some new in-house lounge wear.

I got this hoodie assuming it would be thicker and way better quality. This “hoodie” is basically a thin long sleeved shirt with a hood. The stitching is okay. I actually loved the stitching on the sleeve but the stitching on the front could’ve been better. I’m not usually the type to write reviews but I was actually extremely disappointed in the quality of the sweater.

All I would like to say is, is things by far one of the best customization company's on Amazon 1 reason is all of there work is very nice and clean they follow all instructions of the order and always precise . They even went out of there way for an order that made a mistake on NOT them it was MY mistake . And they even went out the way to fix it I am very appreciative of them and I was a first time buyer and they treated me like a family member . All I say is what ever you order you will get so please be very sure as I made a mistake luckily they were nice enough to help me . But if you're sure you will get the embroidered order you purchased (: such great service !

I am ashamed to admit that I tried canceling my order after the fact when I came back and read some of the reviews. Thankfully it was too late to cancel!I ordered two sweatshirts, one for me and one for my husband. They are so soft and the perfect thickness, AND the stitching is immaculate.I will definitely order these again.
