Your cart is empty. The Custom Pro FT 14000 Floating Pond Fountain and Aerator is a complete kit, providing all the equipment and parts needed. It includes: 14,000 GPH vertical fountain pump, 100-foot long power cord for the pump, Stainless steel pump filter cage, Pond fountain float measuring 28.5" in diameter, Three 4 inch nozzles, and Rope. This floating fountain assembles quickly and easily. The pump has a 1-year warranty. The fountain float can be allowed to roam its pond or lake, or it can be tethered to the shore with the included rope or with cinder blocks (blocks not included). The kit's nozzles create these fountain spray patterns: Classic V-shape, 2-Tier and Trumpet. The Classic V pattern measures 5' tall x 13 ft wide; the 2-Tier's spray measures 8' tall by 32' wide and the Trumpet is 11' tall by 22' wide.

I ordered the Fountain pump for one of my ponds. The cord wasn't long enough to reach the middle of the 2.5 acre pond. I called customer service and they were very accommodating. I was able to return the fountain pump and get the 200 ft fountain pump. I paid the difference in price, which was fair. The fountain pump looks amazing in the middle of my 2.5 acre pond. Steve provided awesome customer service when I had an issue with the adapter for the fountain.The fountain seems to circulate the water very well, which is the main benefit. I installed the pump in late fall, so I wasn't able to use the fountain for a full season. I'll have more updates once we get to the summer months. I look forward to purchasing more products from this company!

The pump failed after 2 years of running 10 hours a day. The good news is that a replacement pump with 100ft of cable is available from Fountain Tech for $379. When I found this out I was not too happy at having previously paid roughly $600 for essentially what was only a few plastic parts and a metal cage.

Packages were good...arrived a little late don't know why. No instructions were included however none were really needed as it is simple to assemble and install. This is a beautiful fountain and worth the price. Our pond is large so the fit and look are perfect.

First of all, the fountain was simple to assemble, taking about twenty minutes to do so. We placed the fountain at the end of a cove measuring 55 feet across. Using the Trumpet nozzle, the spray pattern diameter is 22 feet, per the specification, and is perfectly suited for the cove. Due to the height of the trumpet, the falling water makes for a soothing sound, since the pump cannot be heard. We are happy with this product.
