It’s great quality. Exactly as the description says. Looks like it’ll hold up very well on my son’s sports bag.A letter was missing from our original patch. I contacted them with a picture of the defect and they resent one. It showed up quickly and we are very grateful for the customer support and timely responses.

Comes exactly as advertised. I'm utilizing this patch as a way to assist EMS in the event of a bad day. Highly visible and has been able to stay attached without issue.I see many reviews stating they never received their product. That is not on the seller and is due to shortcomings from the great United States post office (heavy sarcasm). The seller did a great job shipping in a timely manner, 24hr LOS. The post office took about a month to get to MN.

Update 2/17/21:I liked the first one so much, I ordered another with different text. Like the first one the new one was perfect and once again arrived before the estimated delivery dates. I'm convinced, this is a great vendor.The patch arrived two weeks before the estimated delivery date. It was perfect. Everything was spelled correctly on this custom patch and it was securely sewn to the hook side of a velcro backing. No loose threads, nothing crooked, but perfectly aligned. This is a great example of what a small American business can do but the Chinese can't. This custom patch and order processing were both perfect. Well done!
