Normally, I love CuteBone clothes but this is so, so disappointing! The arm ruffles and the skirt have a plastic feel, like a bib or a raincoat but the chest area has a nice, normal, soft and stretchy material. It doesn't make sense. I'm very disappointed and am returning it. Both the rainbow dress and the clover dress were like this!

The sizing is a bit off for this dress. I would size up at least one size, it runs small. The design is very cute and fashionable. The colors are vibrant as well. Very thin and comfortable for your pet. The material is thin yet durable and will not rip easily. It is also very soft!

The fit is as described, and the print is cute. The material was like plastic or vinyl, similar to outdoor tablecloths. I will not order again.
