It's just what it purports to be.This is not a NEW item as indicated by SKU tag. It will not reset and is an obviously used or defective unit. An add on SKU tag has been Sharpy blacked out. Whoever provided this unit as new is a first class scammer

Twice I attempted to buy a Cutler Hammer breaker but was sent another brand that does not fit, is beaten up even though the label says "new," and is missing the sticker that says "Warranty VOID if Removed."
