I've had the stabilyx version since 2008, but I have to retire it. It was one of the greatest investments. The current one is just as good as I remember it. I mainly use it for long/ultra running. They come at a price, but if you take good care of them, they can easily last for 15 years or more.

Heavy duty compression. Very expensive but worth every penny. I have 2 pair. Fantastic all over compression, but the design around the knee makes it. I use them for training leg day. I have had 2 knee surgery’s and currently need a knee replacement. With these pants I am still able to lift heavy for a 66 year old. Great support for deadlifts as well as squats. If you need heavy weight, with strong compression these are for you. I purchased a medium

Great product, ordered it to play basketball, mid-30s, fit. Helped with muscle fatigue, feels the compression well, but not to tight, and compared to another one I used before from 2xu, the waist is much more comfortable for me (1.75m / 68kg)

These tights support the knee pretty well. However, I like the feel of the compression fabric compared to some other brands I have. The fabric is kind of coarse and provides no warmth at all. It fits me comfortably, while still offering some compression.

The compression tights while providing good compression tore within 5 uses. So definitely not worth the money and would not recommend.

This is the second pair of c-wx pants that I've worn on longer runs, the material has changed, but it's good, and the size is also good.

I will admit, I have not started running in these. I typically start marathon (half) season running around Aug. These feel really good when you get in them, and they are definitely made of very high quality material. I will update this review if I see an issue when I start running in them. They have good support from what I can tell. All said, it is a bit pricey. However, I need them when I run half marathons

I was unsure at first if I believed that the "built in kinesiology tape" would be effective but given the calf and hip issues I was having I decided to take the leap.Wow!I havent had any of my calf cramping episodes since I started wearing these. My hip also seems less prone to its normal injury pattern. I can also sometimes have knee issues but I've found those are mostly resolved by wearing any full length tights. These are doing the job at least as well as my previous tights, and probably much better. My calf issue was the biggest reason to buy these. I'm a big guy and I have large calf muscles and the impact when I was running on the steepest downhill parts of my run were causing a lot of jostling of my calves as my feet hit the pavement. that would result later in deep internal muscle cramps/knots and required me to use a "rolling pin" to roll out my calves before each run to prevent injury. I am still using that on occasion but for the most part have stopped altogether and still my calves in are better shape. As for the claims of increased muscle endurance on hams/quads, I'm not sure. maybe? probably? but I don't finish my run or my week any more refreshed and haven't seen any increase in speed so its hard to say, especially considering how many other factors play in to how your run is going to go that day or week.My one and only complaint (well, maybe its a 2-in-1) that I read about in another review and found to also be true for me, is that the comfort is great up to a certain distance. The criss-cross at the knees is very helpful, but only if it stays around your knees. I've found that without really hiking the legs up all the way in to my torso, the knees will start to ride down. So I do that, but then by the end of 4 miles I'm starting to get some chafing in the crotch. The stitching around that area is bulky. Dont get me wrong, I appreciate that the stitching is robust, but in that particular location it comes at the cost of chafing. I wish something had been done in that area to flatten the seams a bit and maybe provide a slightly different cut of cloth to leave a little more room down there for us gentlemen.Overall, when I wear these ones out (which seems like it will take a while, they are well made), I am very likely to buy them again, but I really hope by then they have found a way to keep the knees in place and reduce the chafing.

I have had a mixed experience with this product.First I will say the compression of these leggings are great. The supplemental support bands are very effective. They greatly helped with reducing D.O.M.S. along with helping with my intra-workout stamina and my ability to lift more than I initially thought I would be able to lift.I was very active in my local gym prior to tearing my rotator cuff. I had to stop working out and focus on my post-op healing and recovery for over a year. These leggings easily reduced my after workout soreness by at least 1/2 along with speeding the recovery process the subsequent days. Now for the unfortunate negative. I have had these leggings less than 2 weeks and the stitching on the supplemental compression bands have already started to rip and unravel. I don't know what material is used as thread for the stitching. It has started to pop and unravel in multiple places despite following all manufactures instructions regarding how to put them on, care, washing and drying instructions and proper storage. For the price I would expect the product to be able to stay structurally sound for longer than 2 weeks, or wearing them on 4 seperate occasions. I was a little uneasy about buying the leggings given the price. Initially when I wore them for the first time I my reservations were put at ease and I thought if the leggings were able to last for a year then it would be money well spent. Unfortunately that was not the case.If I am able to give multiple ratings then I would rate the product as follows:Compression 5 of 5Recovery 5 of 5Suplimental assistance 5 of 5Quality of materials 5 of 5Construction of item 3 of 5Overall 4 of 5I would hope the manufacturer is able to address the issue of the lack of quality of the construction of these leggins. Especially for the price point they are asking for. For nearly $200 I would expect this product to last for longer than 6 months left alone 2 weeks.

These are excellent compression pants, a hassle to put on because it’s less stretchy than normal tights, but once on and in place it is super.
