A)Run time resolution Follow the charge instructions to charge the light for approximately 3-4 hours Follow run time chart during use as run times will vary depending on the light mode being used. B) Mounting resolution Mount the light to the flatest part of the handlebar as possible or mount the light vertically on the forward section of the headtube of the bike

This is about my fifth light in 4 years for the front of my bike. I bought it after getting the Cygolite rear and I love it. This light is legit and I use it mainly for a front pulse flasher. In a pinch I think it would get you home in the dark.

Superbly well made and highly visible to surrounding traffic. Numerous different modes, something for every condition. Definitely recommend.

Battery life is pathetic. This is my second try with these lights. Shame on me for being stupid enough to try the second time expecting better results. What a waste of money.

This light is much better than other light I’ve had over the years - light weight, aero, very easy to mount, rechargeable batteries with long life. Buy it.

100 lumensa couple of flashing modes which i use that uss full 100 lumens decent light output for a bar style ledbright nuff for direct sun but dunno distance visble prob no more than 50 ft30 usd is 60 pecent cost of prob the best reviewed daytime visability front led, the bontrager Ion which only outputs 50 more lumens at 150 (they claim some high range of visability)so basically it seems well madeused for a couple months nownot sure battery life as i charge every weeks end (m-f use for 40 min each day) and when i charge it, it hasnt dimmed at allwater resistant?havent tested but i think itll be fine as it is similar to my other lights of similar designa positive:charging port is not covered by a stiff cover that applies pressure to the cord and the port is wide open - easy to connect micro usb cablesome other cheap leds all have tight fitting ports and/or pressure applied via flapcon:the mounting system is an integrated rubber strap - means if it breaks your SOLbut at 30 usd oh well lol

Best lights I've had, bright, battery last a long time and it mounts flush on the bike, no pivoting point or anything, so very stable. Definitely recommend this one!!

I purchased this after owning the hotrod rear light for the past few years and being very impressed with brightness, reliability, battery life, and ease of use. This light is considerably brighter and is clearly visible from a great distance, which I find to be important for my riding. The design is more aero than others as well, and it's even bright enough that you could probably use it as a headlight. Very happy with the purchase anyhow.

This is my 4th Cygolite. I have a Dash 460 up front, a Hotshot 150 and Hotrod 50 in the back. Now I have the Hotrod 110 up front too.I am a fan of Cygolite and like how well they make me visible. The Hotrod 110 is a good compliment to that set up for daytime riding. I do not think it is enough to be a stand alone 'be seen' light. But it's a good backup to the Dash 460. And while only 25% as bright as the 460, it adds value in the ways the 460 is weak. A true headlight like the 460 is VERY bright, but only if you are directly in front of it. The Hotrod 110 is much brighter laterally. It is a much wider beam that gives that "see me" alert to the sides very well. The Hotrod 110 is not bright enough to be seen easily in broad daylight from a hundred yards away. If you need that, a light like the Dash 460 will do that and do it well (In fact the Dash 460 can be seen from several hundred yards in broad daylight). The Hotrod 110 can be seen from 50 yards (confirmed with testing) but just not as well as a 460 lumen light. The only place it failed when I tested it was when the late afternoon sun was shining directly into the light (light pointed at the sun, with the viewer's back to the sun). The sun just overpowered it. Oddly when the light was in front of the sun (sun and light both aimed at the viewer) it was still okay. The Hotrod 110 is more than bright enough to make you visible at night, but the beam is not focused enough to light the path in front of you. It is strictly a 'be seen light' at night.Ultimately it's enough as a night light by itself. (Assuming street lights are lighting your path and you don't need a true headlight to see where you are going) Something like the Dash 460 is quite frankly overpowered at night and can blind a car driver. In the daytime it's a good partner to a brighter light. The 460 lumen light I have is going to grab a driver's attention from a further distance. Once that attention is grabbed, the Hotrod 110 will help hold it as it adds more light spread out over a wider physical area. It's not enough by itself, but it's a good addition.

This is an extremely sturdy, easy to mount and unmount front visibility light that is also rechargeable. Very bright, even can be seen during the day. I really like the multiple blink patterns available. I have owned the light for about four months and have used it multiple times. Charging is easy and uses either the cable supplied or the micro usb cable also used by may cell phones (cuts down on cables during a multi day trip). I have only used the steady-on mode once but the battery life for that mode is quite short (about 2 hours in my hands), other, blinking modes, are quite a bit better and for the size and brightness is acceptable for my. At least some of my close biking friends will be getting one of these from me for Christmas.
