Important note! Make sure you don't just tighten this to the block without a gasket or crush washer! It's a machine thread like your oil drain plug. The brass snaps easy. Please don't over tighten either

I have a 2010 ford escape, and the temp gauge would get stuck on full cold, and ac compressor wouldn't kick on. This fixed my issue. Easy install.

It is the wrong sensor for a 2006 Ford Escape 2.3l. It is too short and has the wrong connector.

Would have cost hundreds of dollars to get this done at the shop. The deep socket required for this project is very specific- test that you have a socket that will remove your old one first.

This was about half the price of the equivalent NGK part. Worked great for my 2010 Ford Focus.Requires a 3/4" / 19mm deep socket to remove/install, it's very important that the socket does not have a shoulder on the inner wall, otherwise it won't fit over the plastic connector.
