I had replaced my failed inducer motor a year ago with this one. It's super quiet and has been working great.

Product is pretty easy to install no issues there. However the part was broken the first time I ordered, wrong part was sent the 2nd time, finally in the third purchase everything was correct and I’m good order. Saved about $400 by installing it myself. Took about a month long than expected to replace it due to the issues I already mentioned.

The inducer motor on my American Standard furnace (Freedom 90 Comfort R) was replaced by a local HVAC company back in 2016, and just 5 years later it was making noise again. It was a high pitched squeak that sounded like a bearing was failing. I had an estimate (from the same HVAC company) and the cost was quoted at "less than $2300". The part number on the failing motor was 70920238. It also had D342097P01 on the part number sticker. I purchased this unit through Amazon and also had to buy some high temperature caulk from a local hardware store. The total cost was just over $200. The new inducer motor is working great. Quite pleased that I could find the part on Amazon and save a bunch of money. The install was about 30-45 minutes, which didn't include time for the caulk to cure.

What a difference. This installed a lot easier than I had expected. Even the clamps came off the old one and went on the new quickly. This new motor seems even quieter than the original motor, but that could just be me.
