I have decided to give D’Addario reeds a try after growing tired of the inconsistency of other boxes purchased in the past. I will not name the other reed’s brand, but I will say that the blue box would contain 10 reeds, and sometimes more almost half would either vary in strength or just be a flat out unusable reed. These are my choice of reed for now.

Toda una sorpresa!!! Toco con una Vandoren bd5 y son una delicia. Se mantienen estables durante bastantes horas de estudio y siempre con el mismo cuerpo. Si estás acostumbrado a cañas blanditas te van a resultar un poco duras, pero con un poco de adaptación agradecerás el cambio.

I love the sound of these reeds on my clarinet. They are all natural, so they don't put a bad taste in your mouth. They are a good choice for beginners, and I love them so much that I only use these now. I highly recommend the use of these reeds.
